For Mona!

In the post from Wednesday I showed how to use the packaging from little Glad bowls to make a candy dish. In the comments Mona asked about what to do with all the extra little containers.

Personally, I use them for school lunches, kids snacks and left-overs. However, that all seems too practical and boring. So, I thought I'd share a quick little gift my daughter made using them. In Mona's comments she mentions just this thing and now, thanks to my daughter, we have a visual.

Enjoy!

p.s. Her she is proud as can be at her creation. And, if you are interested in finding cute stickers to decorate your own Valentine's projects, look for them at Judy's - She's got a lot of different options.

This is adorable! Mona will be proud. You did a great job. I can see you are following in your Mom's footsteps...

I too love how Amy's daughters are not caught up in pre-conceived ideas about how things should be done and how their imaginations are not caught in the box where I so often myself stuck. It seems that I can come up with a thought about what could be done but then actually following through with those thoughts is often more difficult for more. This is a gift I myself would love to receive especially because it is not overwhelming in size, but especially because I'd recognize someone took the time to think about making something specifically for me. Great job!

Cute idea...just as cute as that little neice of mine. She is just as creative as you Amy. Thanks for sharing!
